Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) International Airport announced a partial closure of one of its primary runways in the western portion of the airport on May 24 for pavement replacement and resurfacing, as well as other improvements. The first phase of work is expected to continue through early August, weather permitting. Work will continue with a full closure of the runway beginning in August and finishing in December. During the partial closure, the runway will be closed sunset to sunrise, and other runways will see increased activity for departures and arrivals.

DFW International Airport compiled a Fact Sheet with more information about the closure and the scope of work.
