Animal Services Donations

Shelter Services

Accept unwanted animals, animal redemptions, city registrations, cat/dog adoptions, free live trap rental, low cost spay/neuter clinic, partners with various wildlife rescue/feral cat groups, public education programs, Seniors for Seniors Adoption Program, transfers to other rescue organizations, veterinary care of shelter animals and volunteer programs. 

Field Services

Animal bites, animal cruelty complaints, barking/noisy dogs, confined animal complaints, dangerous dog cases, impoundment of animals, loose/aggressive animal complaints, maintenance of premises, nuisance urban wildlife and city code enforcement.

Partners

  • Hill's Pet Nutrition provides the food supply for all animals at the Irving Animal Care Campus. All pet adoptions include a free five-pound bag of Hill's Science Diet cat or dog food.
  • Petango Pet Adoption allows customers to view adoptable/lost pets at the Irving Animal Care Campus. A percentage of every purchase made at The Petango Store are returned back to the Irving Animal Care Campus when adoptees choose Irving as their local shelter.
  • All Irving Animal Care Campus pet adoptions include a free 30-day membership to ShelterCare Pet Insurance with a valid e-mail address.
