Making Jams

Whether it’s your garden being harvested or someone has given you a bounty of fruits and vegetables from their garden, you can find yourself suddenly in possession of more food than you know what to do with.  Now what to do?  It’s time to learn about preserving the harvest.  This class will focus on the preservation of food through jamming.  This is a hands-on class and seating is limited.  Pre-registration is required.
