Underground Utility Cost Recovery Program

Under the City of Irving’s Underground Utility Cost Recovery Program, a fee has been added to your monthly electric bill to recover the cost of installing underground electrical lines as part of City-wide Improvements.  Currently, the funds are being used to install underground electrical lines at the intersection of MacArthur Boulevard and Shady Grove Road.
