Hears and renders decisions on the abatement of substandard structures.

Consists of five voting members, including a civil engineer, an architect, a realtor, a real estate appraiser and a homeowner, and five alternates of the same requirements appointed by the City Council in November.

Meets once a month or at the call of the chairman.
