The Board of Health
Advisory board to the City Council; may make recommendations on matters pertaining to public health of the city. The Board of Health consists of nine voting members; Seat 1 and 2 are medical related. There are four ex-officio members and a City Council member who serves as a liaison to the Board. In addition, a representative from the following professions act in an advisory capacity to the board: food products establishment manager, veterinarian, geriatric service administrator and a representative from the hotel/motel industry. The Board usually meets the third Tuesday of every month at 6:30 p.m. (call for date) at the Civic Center. 2009-10 Voting Members Seat 1 Medical Related - Ajay Dubey
