Item 1 – Approval of Minutes
Kevin Reno made a motion to approve the minutes. Motion was 2nd by Roberta Carnley. The motion carried unanimously.
Item 2 – Election of Officers
Elections were held for the upcoming year. The new Chair will be Roberta Carnley with the Vice Chair being Kevin Reno and the Secretary being Sue Cicherski.
Item 3 – Information Items
A. Review of Agenda for Awards Program
Larry Stipes went over the agenda with the board and assigned each board member with the names of the award recipients they were to introduce.
Item 4 –Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned at 6:25 and the annual awards program began at 7:00 p.m.
