Item 1 – Approval of Minutes
Kevin Reno made a motion to approve the minutes. Motion was 2nd by Debra Green. The motion carried unanimously.
Item 2 – Council Action Report

Roberta Carnley read a Thank You note from the Centennial Task Force Committee thanking the Parks and Recreation Board for their support.
Item 4– Action Items
A. Nominations for January Awards Program
Carol Wood made a suggestion that Louise Anderson receive a Community Service Award. Debra Green made a motion to approve the awards as agreed at last meeting including the Community Service Award for Louise Anderson. Kevin Reno 2nd the motion. The motion carried unanimously.

Paul went over the new dates for the December and January events with the board members.

B. Athletic/Aquatic Activities Update
Chris Michalski updated the board on current athletic activities. Chris said he has had positive comments on the first season of the new Soccer Complex.
C. Recreation Activities Update
Dwight advised the board of the good attendance at the Recreation Centers Fall Carnivals.
D. Current Projects Update
Casey Tate updated the board on the current projects & answered questions from the board.
Item 6– Committee / Liaison Reports
Carol Wood attended the Mustang Advisory Council meeting. Chris Michalski gave a brief update on some of the police activities in the parks.
