7. Development Plan #10, 9th Revision, Cottonwood Phase III, Randle Custom Homes, applicant, requests an amended Development Plan for R-10 Single Family uses to develop a three-story home with a maximum height of 35 feet. This property is located at 1709 S. Cottonwood Valley Circle (north side of S. Cottonwood Valley Circle, north of Milam Ct.).

8. Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Zoning Case #5608, ShelCan, LP, applicant, requests an amendment to the land use recommendation of the Comprehensive Plan to change the recommended land use from Light Commercial to Single Family attached medium density residential and a zoning change from M-FW (Freeway) to S-P-2 (Generalized Site Plan) for R-TH (Townhouse) uses. This property is located at 4600 and 4602 W Rochelle Road (south side of Rochelle Road, between SH 161 and Esters Road). This item was postponed from April 17, 2006.

9. Zoning Case #5610, Irving Columbus Club (Knights of Columbus), applicant, requests a zoning change from S-P-2 (Generalized Site Plan) for ML-20a (Light Industrial), private clubs, fraternal organizations and self-storage warehouse uses to S-P-1 (Detailed Site Plan) for R-AB (Restaurant with the attendant accessory use of the sale of Alcoholic Beverages for on-premise consumption), private clubs and fraternal organization uses. This property is located at 2906 Rock Island Road (south side of Rock Island Road, 500 feet east of Claude Way).

10. Zoning Case #5614, Ramon D. Medina, applicant, requests a zoning change from R-6 (Single Family) to S-P-2 (Generalized Site Plan) for R-6 (Single Family) uses. This property is located at 503 Willow Road (northwest corner of Willow Road and Pioneer Drive).

This case is scheduled for the May 18, 2006 City Council Public Hearing.

11. Zoning Case #5615, VIP Living Centers, LLC, applicant, requests a zoning change from R-6 (Single Family) to S-P-1 (Detailed Site Plan) for R-6 (Single Family) and Personal Care Facility/Assisted Living Facility uses. This property is located at 3219 Vinson Court (northeast corner of Vinson Court and Briery Road).

12. Zoning Case #5617, JDJR Engineers and Consultants, applicant, requests a zoning change from S-P-2 (Generalized Site Plan) for R-6 (Single Family) uses to R-6 (Single Family). This property is located at 4559 Conflans Road (northeast corner of Conflans Road and Esters Road).
