The above Heroes for Health award recipients have demonstrated their commitment and contribution through unselfishly donating their time, energy, and resources to the fight against childhood obesity through the Fit for Health program, an obesity prevention and management program.

The above Heroes for Health award recipients generously donated funds that purchased ambulance monitoring software that wirelessly links all of the city’s ambulances to the cardiac monitoring equipment in Irving’s hospital’s emergency rooms. Their compassion and generosity equal lives saved in the City of Irving.

The above Heroes for Health award recipient helped lead the launch of a new Emergency Medical Technician program for Irving High School students, giving them an opportunity to experience hands-on training.

The above Heroes for Health award recipients helped coordinate the 9th Annual Irving Immunization Round-up and Health Fair. Their contributions helped assure that many Irving children received immunizations and various other health screenings free of charge.
