Open Line July 1 City Council Part 2 The Irving City Council is a group of men and women who help guide the city and make important decisions to shape its future. Councilman Lewis Patrick and Councilman Joe Philipp will discuss everything from the future of the city to how well the city is doing financially compared to other cities.
