"Solid Waste Services" Irving Community Television Network (ICTN) will talk with Solid Waste Services Director Brenda Haney at 7 p.m. Sept, 8 on "Open Line." Viewers will learn about Solid Waste trucks, recycling and also receive answers to common questions about waste disposal. Residents are encouraged to watch at 7 p.m. on ICTN 1 (Time Warner Channel 16, Verizon Channel 30) and online at www.ictn.tv. The Sept. 8 “Open Line” episode will not air live.
