ONLINE SERVICE: Online Permitting Tool (This is currently under construction. Inspections can be checked, but cannot be scheduled at this time. Please check back in the Spring of 2010.)

GARAGE SALES require a permit. See the link below for the application. You may have two per year per residential lot. They can be faxed (972-721-2481) or emailed (Email Inspections Dept) to us, but please put a return fax number or email so we can return the permit to you. If you do not have the garage sale on the dates permitted, you must let us know in writing that next week that it was cancelled. Garage sale permits can only be cancelled/rescheduled once.
