Delinquent Account Fees

Payments for delinquent accounts must be received by 5 p.m. the day prior to the cut-off date listed on utility statements. Once the payment deadline has passed, a $25 collection fee will be added and services will be scheduled for disconnection. Customers requesting service reconnection after business hours, as well as those using water service without authority, will be assessed a $50 fee.

Customers required to pay an additional deposit as a result of a service disconnect may be eligible to have the deposit waived by authorizing the city to draft monthly payments from their bank account.
