Underground Utility Cost Recovery Program

A monthly fee has been added to Irving residents' electric bills to recover the cost of installing underground electrical lines. The fee is included in the Underground Utility Cost Recovery Program. Funds are currently being used to install underground lines at the intersection of MacArthur Boulevard and Shady Grove Road as part of the city's beautification initiative.
