Dallas City Plan Commission to Meet, Vote on Gas Well Drilling
The Dallas City Plan Commission will meet at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, March 21 to reconsider and vote on the proposed City of Dallas Gas Well Permits allowing gas well drilling near Campión Trail. The Commission rejected the requests in December and has agreed to reconsider the proposal. The three special-use permits involve Trinity River floodplain and parkland located in Dallas and adjacent to Irving. The meeting will be held in Dallas City Council Chambers at Dallas City Hall, 1500 Marilla St. in Dallas and is open to the public. A vote is expected.
