Independence Day Parade Information 
The City of Irving Independence Day Parade begins at 9 a.m. on July 4. The parade will travel southbound on Sowers Road, westbound on Irving Boulevard, around Millennium Park fountain, eastbound on Second Street, northbound on Lucille Street, and westbound onto Irving Boulevard.

Parade Parking:
Civic Center Complex garage and Downtown Heritage District


Key Viewing locations on Irving Boulevard:
Millennium Park, Irving Central Library, Porter's Army Navy Store, First Presbyterian Church and Heritage Park.
