Attention: 

Starting April 9, 2007, separate irrigation meters will be required on new residential installations.  For an alternate installation, view lockable water stop for irrigation systems.

Effective January 1, 2007

Facilities with designated smoking areas demonstrating compliance with the adopted smoking Ordinance No. 8740 shall be required to fill out the Smoking Compliance Report every two years.

If the building official or his designee receives a complaint or observes the air filtering system to be in non-compliance, the equipment will need to be corrected, tested and recertified.

Approved testing and certification shall be performed by one of the following: 

• Texas registered professional engineer
• A certified industrial hygienist
• An indoor air quality professional approved by the building official or his designee
