Administration Mission Statement It is the mission of the Department of Public Health and Environmental Services to assist the citizens and businesses of Irving to reduce the incidence of disease and injury, to prolong life, and to build a community which nurtures and maintains a healthy public. The Irving Public Health and Environmental Services Department works to protect and improve public health. From well-baby clinics and wellness seminars to news, views, and information, the community's well-being is our first concern.
