Health Investigations
The City of Irving Public Health and Environmental Services Department will investigate unhealthy conditions in the city, or will attempt to refer citizens to the appropriate agency. Any health concerns can be addressed with the Public Health and Environmental Services Department, including concerns about:
- Unsanitary conditions in day care centers or restaurants
- Disease outbreaks
- Noise complaints
- Animal violations
- Dead animals
- Trash pickup problems
- Landfill odors
- Standing water
- Mosquito complaints
- Air pollution
