SEALED BIDS FOR CITY OF IRVING
In 2007, the State of Texas passed enabling legislation allowing municipalities to raise the threshold for formal, sealed bids. The new threshold is not mandatory, and at this time the City of Irving is continuing to request formal, sealed responses for all bids over $25,000.
