A Free service for residents of Carrollton, Dallas, DeSoto, Duncanville, Famers Branch, Garland, Highland Park, Irving, Mesquite, Richardson, Rowlett, Sachse, Seagoville, University Park, and unincorporated areas of Dallas County. All others pay a minimum $95 waste management fee. Acceptable items: - Pool and yard chemicals
- Craft/Hobby supplies
- Batteries, all kinds
- Automotive fluids and oil filters
- Paint and home repair products
- Household cleaners and chemicals
- Fluorescent light bulbs
Not acceptable: - Tires
- Construction and demolition debris
- Business or medical waste
- Containers larger than 5 gallons
- Explosive or shock sensitive materials
- Common household recyclables
- Smoke detectors or other radioactive materials
