Landfill Lateral Expansion (Permit Amendment)

On October 6, 2011 the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) issued the City of Irving a Permit Amendment for the Hunter Ferrell Landfill.  The Amendment allows for a lateral expansion and reconfiguration of the final contours.

This amendment provides a total of 70 years of landfill capacity for the City of Irving.
