The City of Irving Purchasing Division strives for open and fair competition, while maintaining goodwill with all vendors interested in doing business with the City of Irving.
The Purchasing Division provides procurement support to city departments, divisions, bureaus, boards and Texas Stadium for supplies, materials, equipment and professional services. Depending on the items or services being purchased, the City may solicit competitive quotations via telephone, facsimile machine, email, or by sealed bid/proposal process.
To be added to our bidders' database, please complete and submit the online Bidder's Application (Adobe Acrobat Required) and mail it to the above address (the address is also listed on the application). If you are currently in the City's vendor/bidder database and need to change only your address and/or phone number, please complete and submit the Vendor's Change of Address and/or Phone Number form and submit it online. If your company name changes, please submit a new Bidder's Application and state the name of the company that the new application replaces.
