Resident Survey

The Resident Survey, conducted every two years, provides residents with an opportunity to rate the quality of life in Irving and city services. Residents are able to provide feedback about what is working well and what needs improvement, as well as communicate service priorities for the next two years. The survey is a customer satisfaction report card for the city and a resource allocation tool for city officials. The information collected is used to inform decisions related to service levels, budget allocation, and future planning.
