Irving Animal Services (IAS) responds to calls for service only within the city limits of Irving. Field officers will respond to the following:
  • Stray animals
  • Animal bites
  • Animal neglect/cruelty
  • Dangerous animals
  • Deceased animal pickup
  • Nuisances
  • Noise complaints
  • Trapped animals
  • Wildlife concerns

If you are having a problem in your neighborhood or witness any of the listed violations, please call the IAS Field Services unit at (972) 721-2256.

Expect to provide a detailed description of the problem, with the breed, color, and size of the animal, as well as an address or exact location where the violation is taking place.
