The City Secretary's Office is responsible for the preparation and distribution of the City Council meeting agendas and the agenda packets. The city secretary must attend every council meeting, keep accurate minutes, and maintain a permanent record of the proceedings. The City Secretary's Office also assists with the sign in process for Public Testimony (PDF) at council meetings.
