A neighborhood association is a group of homeowners, renters, apartment dwellers, and representatives from businesses, churches, and schools who organize to improve conditions in their neighborhood. Each member is allowed to express an opinion and is eligible to vote on all neighborhood issues.

Irving Neighborhood Cookbook is Here

The digital Irving Neighborhood Cookbook is here. The city's Communications Department collected all submitted recipes and created the digital cookbook as a way for all Irving neighbors to connect with each other. The cookbook includes recipes for appetizers, desserts casseroles and more.

Neighborhood association leaders are encouraged to share the cookbook with their neighbors. Residents can post photos of recipes made on their social media accounts and use #IrvingCookbook.
