A neighborhood association is a group of homeowners, renters, apartment dwellers, and representatives from businesses, churches, and schools who organize to improve conditions in their neighborhood. Each member is allowed to express an opinion and is eligible to vote on all neighborhood issues.

Coming Soon Irving Neighborhood Cookbook

Irving House 4-CroppedThe city's Communications Department is asking Irving neighbors to submit a favorite recipe for its first digital Irving Neighborhood Cookbook. All emailed submissions should use "Irving Neighborhood Cookbook" in the subject line and photos of the dish should be attached as a jpeg file. Email recipe submission to
