Have questions? Library customers may contact the library by phone or the library’s chat between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Friday and Saturday.

Use a Computer 

Each Irving Library has a computer lab with PCs running Windows and Office software. All PCs have CD-ROM, two USB ports, and are networked to a color / black and white printer. An Irving Library card or Computer Use card is required to use a computer. Users requiring assistance are strongly encouraged to bring a tech-savvy friend or family member for help.

Free WiFi

All Irving Libraries have Wi-Fi available during business hours. "CityofIrving - Guest" network is an open network, requiring no password to use.

Fax Services

Fax documents in the U.S., Canada or International at the cost of $1 per page. Users requiring assistance are strongly encouraged to bring a tech-savvy friend or family member for help.

Scanning 

Digitize a document and save to a USB drive, Google Drive or send via email. Free service. Users requiring assistance are strongly encouraged to bring a tech-savvy friend or family member for help.

Wireless Printing

Print from home or a mobile device and pick up at the library during regular business hours. Cost per page $0.20 for black and white or $0.50 for color. Visit our Wireless Printing page for more detailed instructions.
