Where Can I Recycle Beyond Curbside Recycling?
When curbside recycling is not available or specific items are not accepted through curbside recycling, consumers still have options, such as:
All household recyclables, including plastics, cans, glass, paper and cardboard.

- Batteries Plus Bulbs – 2703 N. Belt Line Rd.; (972) 256-2073.
Batteries, including rechargeable, lead acid, NiCad, NiMH, Li Ion, and Li Poly. Regular alkaline batteries are accepted. The store charges a recycling fee of $1 per pound.

Prescription medications including narcotics (Oxycodone, Vicodin, etc.), medication samples, pet medications, medicated ointments and lotions, Over-the-Counter medications (cough syrups, allergy medications), vitamins, inhalers and unopened EpiPens.
