Introduction
Do you own a desktop or laptop computer? Nearly all of the Digital Download services are available through a website, and do not require an app. If you have a computer (Windows or Mac) with a dedicated internet connection, you can access nearly all the library's Digital Download services.
You will need your Irving Library card and four-digit PIN ready to access or use these websites.
