Summer Aquatics Schedules

Outdoor aquatics facilities will open late May through Labor Day weekend. Due to staffing availability, days and hours of operation may vary at locations.

Irving Parks and Recreation Aquatics will open West Irving Aquatic Center, 3701 Conflans Road, for the Memorial Day holiday weekend from 1 to 7 p.m., Saturday, Sunday and Monday, May 28-30.

This state-of-the-art facility is conveniently accessible by DART bus routes. Free parking for the aquatic center is available on the east side of Dry Branch Creek, with a pedestrian bridge linking to the pool on the west side of the creek. A large clock tower and covered waiting areas accentuate the entrance into the facility.

    Guests using aquatic facilities should note:

    • No food, drinks or coolers are allowed, with the exception of bottled water, in indoor aquatic facilities.
    • Outside food and drinks are allowed at outdoor aquatic facilities. A cooler fee of $5 is charged for any cooler larger than 24 inches long by 15 inches wide by 18 inches high. 
    • No glass containers are allowed in Irving aquatic facilities.
    • No alcohol is allowed at Irving aquatic facilities.
    • Proper swim attire must be worn at the pool.
    • Guests are encouraged to wear a face mask covering their mouth and nose on deck areas.
    • Lifejackets and kickboards are available for loan.
