Irving Disabilities Information

The Irving City Council created the Advisory Committee on Disabilities in 1999 to serve as a contact and voice of residents with disabilities, and to review and discuss matters referred to the committee by the council and the city manager.

The committee also provides recommendations to the council on matters pertaining to disability issues in the city. Committee members serve the community for two-year terms, with a maximum of three terms.
