Las Colinas

A well-balanced residential, commercial and corporate community, Las Colinas is home to some of the most iconic corporations in the United States, as well as numerous other national and international companies.

Its central location is ideal. The Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART’s) Orange Line runs east from the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport to Las Colinas with three stops, and then into Dallas. Major highways also serve the area.

From condominiums located along the train line to executive enclaves, Las Colinas offers a variety of housing options.

New Entertainment Options Galore

Las Colinas offers championship golf courses: The Four Seasons Resort and Club, a Five-Diamond resort; the Las Colinas Country Club; and Hackberry Creek. Care has been taken to maintain ample environmental and green spaces, including Lake Carolyn and the Mandalay Canal.

The Irving Music Factory is located in Las Colinas' Urban Center. The 18-acre entertainment venue offers retail, including numerous restaurants, commercial space, an Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, and its jewel, the Pavilion at the Irving Music Factory – a unique 4,000-seat concert hall that can open to an 8,000-seat amphitheater.

Around the corner, on the banks of Lake Carolyn, Water Street includes restaurants, retail and apartments.
