What is needed for a permit? For most permits, we will need a plan showing what is proposed. The following do not need any plans:  Demolitions, electrical, hvac, plumbing, water heater and reroofing. Anything else will need a plan(s). Here is our residential brochure.  Please call or email us with any questions.
