The City of Irving offers a free downloadable Irving Back to Business Retail and Restaurants Toolkit for Irving business owners who may have questions regarding state and county guidelines and how to safely reopen. 

Individuals, employers, employees and customers are encouraged to review and follow the minimum health protocols recommended by the state and county in the toolkit, in addition to federal and state laws and workplace safety standards. 

The minimum recommended health protocols are subject to change based on new and evolving information.
