The City of Irving’s Customer Service Department is located on the first floor of City Hall, 825 W. Irving Blvd.
There, customers set up a new account, transfer or discontinue service, pay their city utility (water, sewer, trash) bill and purchase recycling and trash bags. Service requests are completed between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding city holidays.
In addition, the city online utility billing system was upgraded to service customers in a contact-free environment and offer an additional method for paying utility bills.
The MyIrvingBill.org customer portal allows visitors to submit work orders, change their address, sign up for paperless billing and receive tips on improving water consumption.
