Service requests are completed between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding city holidays.
To receive same-day service, a request and all paperwork and fee(s) must be submitted by 3 p.m. of the request day.
Customers required to pay a new or increased deposit have the option to apply for monthly payments to be automatically deducted from their banking account for a minimum of 12 months and have their deposit waived.
