City of Irving Mortgage Assistance Program
Provides short-term mortgage assistance to low income Irving residents economically affected (loss/reduction of income) by the spread of COVID-19, who are behind on their rent, and who annual household income is at or below 80% AMI.
Dallas County Emergency Housing Assistance Program
Provides short-term rental, mortgage, and utility assistance to low income Dallas County residents living outside of the City of Dallas economically affected (loss/reduction of income) by the spread of COVID-19.
