Project

The North Nursery Corridor has been selected as a Pilot Project for a new Neighborhood Planning effort within the City of Irving.  The purpose of this and future planning efforts is to:

Improve communications between residents and City Hall,

Empower residents and stakeholders to define the future of their community, and ensure that the city's plans, particularly regarding future land use, match the needs and desires of the residents within each of Irving's neighborhoods

Recent Events

La Michoacana Outreach Event, February 25, 2023.  Our outreach event was a tremendous success in terms of the number of people we met and resident surveys collected.  We would like to thank our committee members who placed event fliers around the neighborhood and those who came by to visit and lend a helping hand. Our special thanks go out to Mary Ann Kellam of the Irving Hispanic Chamber, her staff and board members who joined us to ensure that Spanish speaking residents could fully share their views and hopes for the future of the neighborhood.
