ICTN NOW – 2023 State of the City: Reinvesting in Today, for Tomorrow

Irving Mayor Rick Stopfer discusses accomplishments of 2022 and opportunities in 2023. Ms. Mature 2019 - Part 1 - Part 2

Six beautiful senior women from Irving competed this year in the Ms. Mature Irving Pageant. Their friends and supporters gathered at Carpenter Hall at the Irving Arts Center for the show, which included three categories of competition and entertainment by local celebrities. It culminated with the crowning of Ms. Mature Irving 2019.
