Discretionary Contract Disclosure Form

Per section 2.04 (a) of the Irving Ethics Code (PDF) which was adopted by the Irving City Council on August 7, 2014 an individual or entity seeking a discretionary contract from the City (i.e. contracts awarded through a Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Qualifications (RFQ), or other discretionary process) is required to submit a Discretionary Contract Disclosure Form as part of the award process:
