Financial and housing counseling assistance is provided to homebuyers that are looking to purchase a house for the first time.
The Community Development Division receives federal funding for the above programs and are available to qualifying families in Irving.

The City of Irving held meetings to gather community feedback about future housing needs. Now, staff is compiling the data from the meetings and will recommend to the City Council a policy that provides a roadmap for the next 20 years.
