Homebuyer Down Payment Assistance Program

Program Information

Financial and housing counseling assistance is provided to homebuyers that are looking to purchase a house for the first time. Financial assistance is provided in the form of a zero percent interest, deferred forgivable loan. These funds help go towards down payment and closing costs to the purchase of a home within the City of Irving. You must also meet HUD Income requirements as indicated below, based on family size.
