One of the most common causes of failure in our city sewer system is blockage by grease. To prevent this problem, Irving businesses are required to install grease traps on their sewer. These traps must be periodically serviced in order to maintain proper function. Our Waste Hauler Section monitors the servicing of these traps to assure appropriate frequency of service and the proper disposal of the collected waste.
