|Back to the basics but with fun and fitness aquatic training that everyone enjoys. This is an excellent introduction to aquatic fitness training.|
7:00 - 7:45 p.m.
|Enjoy the water and energy of this upbeat water aerobics program. The exercises are performed in water that is chest deep and no swimming skills are needed to participate. Benefits include toning major muscle groups and improving aerobic capacity, balance, and circulation.|
|Deeply Fit Aerobics||8:00 - 8:45 p.m.||Ready to challenge yourself in deep water or would like to benefit from the no impact exercises, then join this water aerobics program. Core strengthening, cardio and range of motion exercises will provide the benefits of a land-based program, but without the pounding and stress on the joints, tendons, and ligaments. Floatation belts will be provided along with other aerobic equipment.|
