Reservation Guidelines and Restrictions
- Alcohol, amplified music and gambling for monetary funds are prohibited at all facilities.
- An application is required for all building and pavilion rentals.
- Rules and guidelines may vary depending on the facility requested.
- Failure to comply with the rules and guidelines will result in forfeiture of future reservations.
Reservation Payment
All facility reservations and fees can be made online or in person at the Parks and Recreation administration office at:

Event space rentals
Parks and Recreation offers two sites for events: Levy Event Plaza and Heritage Park Stage. At Levy Event Plaza, electrical is included in the cost of the rental. For Heritage Park stage rental, the use of sound, lights or the large LED screen is not included in the pricing.

There is an application process to use both event spaces. A Special Event Permit is required for all event space rentals.
Multi-Use Rental Buildings
The City of Irving Parks and Recreation Department offers three buildings for public use. Buildings can be reserved from 8 a.m. to noon, 1 to 5 p.m. and 6 to 11 p.m., seven days a week for private functions and / or organizational meetings.

Reservations for racquetball courts can be made one day in advance per membership by calling Lee Park Recreation Center at (972) 721-2508 or Senter Park Recreation Center at (972) 721-2641 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Fees
- Annual individual pass – $25
- Annual family pass – $50
- Quarterly individual pass – $10
- Quarterly family pass – $15
There is a walk-in rate of $4 for the prime-time period of 5:15 to 9:45 p.m. Monday through Friday. There is a $2 walk-in rate for all other times. For youth, ages 14-17, there is a $1 walk-in fee for nonprime time slots.
RESERVATION PAYMENT
Racquetball court payments should be made at the facility.
Recreation Centers
City recreation centers can be rented during non-operational hours on Saturday and Sunday, 6 to 11 p.m. by contacting the recreation centers to check availability. Alcohol, amplified music and gambling for monetary funds are prohibited at all facilities.
Please Note: Lively Pointe Youth Center and school-leased recreation centers are not available for rental.
Tennis courts are available throughout the city and open to Irving residents on a first-come, first-served basis unless recreation centers have tennis classes in session.
Courts are located at Cimarron, Nichols, Northwest, Senter and Sunrise parks. Tennis classes are offered at Cimarron, Northwest and Senter Park recreation centers. In addition, Irving High School also allows public use of its tennis courts (1-6) when not in district use.
