On Aug. 17, Irving Animal Services will waive adoption fees for Clear the Shelters to help find every Irving shelter pet a home. The national adoption event will take place from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Aug. 17 at Irving Animal Care Campus, 4140 Valley View Lane.
