Monday, July 22, 2019
This comprehensive presentation begins by discussing the appeal of observing and photographing wildlife. It covers how and why wildlife lives in the city, and then introduces the more interesting wildlife living within the area, starting with the familiar and moving on to the rare and unusual.
A brief overview of cameras and equipment best suited for wildlife photography is included. The presentation covers digital SLR cameras, suitable point-and-shoot cameras and trail cameras. It closes with a brief discussion about where and when to observe urban wildlife in the Dallas-Fort Worth region.
