Join us at the final event of Valley Ranch Library's Winterfest 2019 with crafts and a bubbly Noon Year's countdown. The following locations will host events for all ages beginning at the following times:

10:30 a.m., South Irving Library, 601 Schulze Drive.
11 a.m., Valley Ranch Library, 401 Cimarron Trail.
11:30 a.m., West Irving Library, 4444 W. Rochelle Road.
