ONLINE CLASS: Stretch and Tone II

Adults ages 50 and older are invited to tune in and join Andrea for this 30-minute toning and stretching workout. This is a great way to improve general conditioning, flexibility, and stamina. We will spend the first portion of class working on strength and endurance, followed by an extended stretching period to increase flexibility and reduce muscle stiffness. Open to 50-up.
